Fri Sep 18th – Crispy Baked Parmesan Chicken with Yellow Rice and Sweet Peppers
Time: Friday, September 18th from 2-4pm. (This class is also offered on Wednesday, Sep 16th from 3-5pm)
Age Range: 6th grade and up
Price includes: 2 hours of cooking instruction plus ingredients for 4 servings (yields 6 x 4oz chicken breasts) to bring home for a family dinner. Additional servings may be requested for an additional $5 per serving. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately if you would like more servings. Additional serving costs can be paid at the time of class. See detailed ingredients below. Substitutions are only allowed for allergies and may affect price.

3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups flour
2 cups Panko Bread Crumbs
1 cup cornflake crumbs
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper
Plus 10 oz bag Vigo Yellow Rice and 1/2 lb. Sweet Peppers
